- Tell us a little bit about yourself (in relation to your practice)?
- I have been in the legal industry for more than 30 years, 19 of which as a Civil Law Notary and Land Conveyancer. Before that, I spent 15 years as a corporate lawyer acting as the Head of the Legal Department in an international shipping company, BSD City and Sinar Mas Land Group.
- My passion is to serve families, the general public and SMEs both Locally and Internationally. This is especially the case when they are about to invest in properties, entering a mortgage, starting a new business, arranging family assets, and matters from marriage agreement to inheritance and will.
- Just like a family doctor, I am there to serve those who face legal challenges but not sure who to ask for help or what steps to take and who to ask.
- I always aim to give the most practical legal advice with language that can easily be processed by the general public and the business public alike. This will aid them in their decision-making process, whether personal, family, or in business.
- What is your specialization?
- Property purchase (Conveyancing) & Mortgage in Indonesian for both Indonesian and Foreigners. Both individual and Corporate.
- Corporate Law & Family Law
- Giving general legal advice at the start of the relationship in order for the clients to learn about the risks and solutions associated with their legal situations. Thus, saving them funds, time, and most of all giving them peace of mind.
- Managing and Coordinating a legal team to give a user-friendly and customer-centric service. All while still maintaining legal safety and integrity principals.
